Course Information

One of CPCI’s best new tools to counter claims from the wood industry and other competitive products is the NEW Hanscomb National Total Precast Cost Comparison Tool. The tool will be of great benefit to all CPCI Members as it will be able to calculate different precast concrete wall and floor assemblies, total precast and precast hybrid systems and cost compare them to competition in different areas across Canada.

About the Presenter

Ken King. A Quantity Surveyor, with two diplomas in Urban Land Economics UBC; Appraisal and Real Estate Management. 35 years experience in delivering Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Development Management Services.
Malcolm Hachborn: Over 30 years of Structural Design Experience with extensive knowledge of Building Science, Manufacturing and constructoin of precast concrete building envelope systems.
