Self-consolidating Concrete Mitigation Document
Course Information
In 2021, CPCI issued the Self-Consolidating Concrete Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Mitigation Document, to assist its members with addressing recurring non-conformances during the CPCQA plant audits. The course will help educate CPCI members and their QA/QC teams on the document and provide awareness and understanding of the various CSA Standards, PCI MNL Quality Manuals, and CPCQA requirements.
About the Presenter
Wayne Kassian, M. Sc., F. CPCI, P. Eng., on behalf of Canadian Certification Services. Mr. Kassian has over 36 years of diverse structural experience in the design of precast projects across North America. He has more than 15 years experience with precast concrete quality standards and certification requirements. He is also a committee member of several CSA Standards. He is also on the Quality Assurance Council for the CPCQA Certification Program, he participates in numerous PCI committees, and is the Chair of the CPCI Technical Committee.
Course Objectives
To educate CPCI members and their QA/QC teams on the document. To provide awareness and understanding of the various CSA Standards, PCI MNL Quality Manuals, and CPCQA requirements related to these topics. It also provides an overview of corrective measures to address ongoing non-conformances as well as best practices.
