About the Presenter

Frank Came; Principal of Frank T. Came and Associates. Frank served with the GLOBE Group in various capacities since its inception in 1993 and was the Project Director for the original Study of Insurance Costs for Mid-rise Wood Frame and Concrete Residential Buildings published in 2017.
He has directed consulting projects related to carbon sequestration in the construction sector and authored numerous reports on environmental sustainability and clean energy technologies. He has served on many boards and is currently a founding director of the Indigenous Infrastructure Fund Corporation. A graduate of the National Defence College of Canada, he served in various senior executive positions in Transport Canada, the Privy Council Office, Treasury Board Secretariat, and Western Economic Diversification, a department he helped to create.
As an experienced editor, he managed several digital information portals as the Director of Communications for the Pacific Northwest Building Resilience Coalition and the Northwest Cement Council.
