Brett Hiscock is the national Training Within Industry (TWI) Champion and a Lean Facilitator with Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters. Prior to joining CME, Brett spent 20 years in various manufacturing senior operations leaders roles, including Production Manager for an International Furniture Company and Operations Manager for a company that manufactures Custom Therapeutic Devices. Brett is a Certified TWI Instructor and is Lean Master Black Belt Certified. Brett has been applying the concepts and philosophy of Lean since the late 90’s. In his role with CME, he has spent the last 9 years helping more than 30 companies start their TWI journey as well as supporting well over one hundred companies in their Lean Transformations.
