About the Presenter
• Dave Dauphinais : Associate Partner, McKinsey & Company. Mr. Dauphinais's focus is on engineering, construction and building. He has served numerous clients with specific expertise in engineering, construction. His work has spanned commercial growth, organizational design, operations, and strategy. He is widely published and has been interviewed for his expertise in prefabrication and industrials, industrialized construction.
• Erlend Stendahl Spets : Associate Partner, McKinsey & Company. Erlend leads McKinsey's practice of engineering, construction and building materials in the Nordic region working with clients across the construction and infrastructure value chain and strategy and business build, focusing primarily on next generation construction. He also drives a lot of McKinsey's global knowledge development in modular construction, leading development of Kansas Global Modular construction that is hosting round tables and speaking at conferences. He holds a master's degree in construction imaging at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
