About the Presenter

Wayne Kassian has over 30 years of design experience of various structures throughout North America. He has been a structural design engineer for numerous projects ranging from small residential buildings to large scale industrial and commercial projects.
Wayne is a member of CSA 23.3, CSA 23.4 and also sits on the Quality Assurance Council for the Canadian Precast Concrete Quality Assurance, or CPCQA Certification Program, representing the accredited certification organization. Wayne is the current chair of the CPCI Technical Committee.

Mike Bell has over ten years of technical sales experience with precast concrete. After graduating from Architecture and Construction Engineering Technology program, he joined the estimating department at Stubbes Precast and has been with the company ever since. Mike specializes in providing total precast solutions to existing and future clients, from the initial design and consultation through to the final pricing stage. His ability to maintain the architectural intent while providing the most economical precast solution makes him a valuable asset to project development at the early stages.
