Architectural Thin Brick Veneer
Course Information
As prefabricated precast concrete has increased in popularity, AEC professionals are regularly incorporating embedded thin brick veneer as the architectural feature of the building envelope. Clay brick has been a staple in the annals of architecture for centuries and this course introduces AEC professionals to a brief history of thin brick manufacturing processes.
Also, the course presents a set of guidelines and highlights where prefabricated precast thin brick wall systems have been used.
About the Presenter
Steve Kegley is currently responsible for architectural sales in the Eastern US & Canada for Endicott Thin Brick and Tile.
He has over 34 years of experience in construction materials and systems and 29 years in brick sales. Steve is certified to provide professional AIA Continuing Education to architects and is actively involved in the development of new AIA courses as the industry evolves.
He has completed LEED AP certification training and serves on the CPCI Marketing committee, the MNL 122 task force for PCI, and participates in PCI and CPCI conferences and functions.
