Course Objectives
1. How to minimize numerous mobility impacts that occur in traditional onsite construction – by elevating certain critical activities into groups and to a higher schedule priority.
2. ABC building construction is an advanced sustainable building method - learn how innovative planning, design, materials and construction methods, can lead to reduced material use and while nearly eliminating waste.
3. ABC projects build quicker and save manhours on a job site, which means big savings for the owner/developer. These savings come from a reduction in construction financing, insurance costs as well as being able to use available construction resources more efficiently on more projects. Case samples will be presented.
4. ABC methodologies can also provide many of the needed improvements to the P3 Design and Build, Finance and Maintain (DBFM) processes to deliver facilities that serve the public better for a longer period of time while also reducing the risk to the private sector.
